My Mission
To help people find and fearlessly move into the power of their unique story.
I'm Kyle Christian Steele and my mission to help people find and fearlessly move into the power of their unique story. I accomplish this mission through The Beloved Community Framework, Rally, CREDO Conduit, and my family.
So...how does each of these areas help me accomplish my mission?
The Beloved Community provides leaders who want to create just, equitable, and loving communities and organizations with the vision, guiding principles, and fuel to work toward this goal. When conversations embody and advocate for the Beloved Community, they become powerful tools to address and undermine social issues, such as racism, poverty, aggression, or workplace issues related to diversity, inclusion, and equity. The vision of the Beloved Community is the clarion call that brings together different people with different beliefs. Its aims provide the fuel that unites them in solidarity, and its principles provide the framework that helps people undermine issues with dignified, inclusive, healing, and restorative efforts.
Secondly, more than ever, we need ideas that do more than sustain a business model but solve a real societal problem or empower a community to improve their quality of life.
Sometimes, those ideas – even the great ones – don’t see the light of day because they don’t have the right connections, resources, or funding. With the help of the Central Florida Foundation, Downtown CREDO, Rollins College, and Clean The World, I saw this as an opportunity to help social entrepreneurs live into the power of their story by helping them overcome these issues and create sustainable solutions to social, environmental, and economic problems.
Thirdly, I believe that individuals and company's lives and work get better when they come alongside each other. The CREDO Conduit society, a partnership with SunGate Capital, allows me to provide people, freelancers, organizers, and business owners with a collaborative space to build and nurture dreams and convene and engage in the areas of education, creative services, and civic engagement.
Lastly, my family is dedicated to serving our communities by helping people access the hope and power of their unique stories through art, education, and the gospel. As a result, we combine our missions, talents, and gifts to regularly conduct art and educational workshops for children and adults living in underserved communities throughout Orlando and other areas of the world, such as Havana, Cuba. Through these efforts, it is our desire for God to use our marriage, work, and family to provide hope and a glimpse of His unconditional love to every community and person He calls us to serve.
Thank you for stopping by, and I look forward to finding a way to come alongside you.
